Job Trailers
When you have a job trailer with a bathroom in it but no water or sewer to connect to, or a restroom trailer with no tanks, we have a solution.
What is a complete sanitary sewer system?
- A small system consists of (1) 90 gallon holding tank with pump for fresh water (may be installed inside the restroom or outside the trailer), (1) 250 gallon holding tank for wastewater.
- Recommended for 10 or less people per week.
- A large system consists of (1) one 200 gallon holding tank/tote, (1) one shallow well jet pump, and (1) one 250 gallon holding tank for wastewater. Recommended for over 10 people per week using the facilities.
- We install “piggy-back” tanks for larger trailers or extreme usage.
- We offer additional service days for those that need it.
- We offer winterization of these systems to combat freezing in the winter (we do NOT guarantee no freezing as the weather, especially the wind, can overtake our heating efforts).
- All systems and holding tanks with water are non-potable water; it’s not for drinking or consumption, but safe for washing hands and flushing toilets.
Have onsite water, but no sewer?
- Depending on the number of people using the facilities, we will make a recommendation and offer just a waste tank. Our standard tank is 250 gallons. We do offer other sizes.
Have onsite sewer, but no water?
- We have either a large or small water tank with pump we install to provide water.
- All water delivery is non-potable water; it’s not for drinking or consumption, but safe for washing hands and flushing toilets.
Service Information:
- The holding tanks will be serviced weekly on route unless a different service schedule is set up. Service includes pumping the waste tank, filling the water tank, and checking the pump and heaters (if applicable).
- If additional service is needed, we schedule more than one day per week to provide the service.
Installation Requirements:
- We request the trailer to have a clearance of 30” at the edge.
- An adequate clearance from the center beam of the trailer is needed for the tanks and plumbing to fit accurately. We do our best to tuck the waste tank under the trailer if circumstances allow it.
- We request a drop previously installed through the belly of the trailer to accommodate our tank installation.
- We need an available source of electric. The smaller system needs two outlets with at least (2) 20 amp service; the large system needs at least (4) 20 amp service.
- We prefer to install prior to skirting the trailer.
